Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Applicability & Acceptance - By accessing or using Ezycomp, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

2. Definitions

  • “User”: Individual or entity registering or using the platform
  • “Content”: User-generated data, documents, platform outputs
  • “Services”: All features, tools, and updates provided

3. User Accounts - You must maintain accurate account details and safeguard login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use - Do not engage in illegal activity, upload harmful content, or violate IP rights. Misuse may result in suspension or legal action.

5. Licensing & Ownership

  • Non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ezycomp as per subscription
  • Users retain ownership of uploaded content
  • Ezycomp retains all rights to the platform and software

6. Fees & Payments

  • Subscription fees apply as per pricing plans
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination

7. Support & Maintenance

  • Support available during business hours (Mon-Fri)
  • Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary outages

8. Confidentiality - Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared sensitive information, subject to legal exceptions.

9. Data Protection - Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are in place.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers - Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.

11. Limitation of Liability - Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification - You agree to indemnify Ezycomp from claims due to your misuse, policy violations, or content infringement.

13. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice
  • Breaches or non-payment may result in immediate suspension
  • User data may be deleted after 90 days

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution - These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Disputes are subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction.

15. Notices - Notices will be sent via email or platform alerts. Keep contact info updated.

16. Changes to Terms - We may modify Terms with prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance.

17. Entire Agreement - This document, along with the Privacy Policy and any order forms, constitutes the entire agreement.
